Texaco Regal Oil
Texaco Regal Oils are mineral oil based general purpose circulating oils/turbine oils. The Texaco Regal Oil range was discontinued some years ago and replaced with modern equivalents from the Texaco Regal R&O Range. They did not contain any specialist EP additives that could harm yellow metal components so were suitable for use over a wide range of applications. Mobil DTE Named Series and Shell Morlina can be used as a suitable replacement when used as a circulating oil. The following tables suggest alternatives for both the old Texaco Regal range, and the newer Texaco Regal R&O Range.
